I’ve been blogging about my family for twenty-one years. It’s a joy to share my life with my friends, and writing keeps my life in perspective. My latest extracurricular are cello and Pilates.

Computer Hardware Architect

We’ve been happily married for over twenty-five years!

Esther, John Ben, Michael (Misha), and Veronica (Vera)

first daughter and first son-in-law, graduate students and first grandchild

Esther married the love of her life in June 2023. Michael (Misha) was born in 2024. Vera was born in 2026. Esther has a master’s in philosophy.

Sophia

Sophia lives with us and attends art school. Her cat’s name is Taxfraud.

Basil

First Son

Basil works seasonally at the Antiochian Village in Pennsylvania and is working on a culinary program at CNM in Albuquerque to make the Antiochian Village his career.

Jonah

Second Son

Jonah is a high schooler. He loves Greek and talking philosophy with the people who hang out at the convenience store on the corner.

Xenia

Third Daughter

Xenia is in high school. Her name is pronounced with ks like the x in fox. She competes in gymnastics on the silver level. She has started driving education classes!
